Insert changes from r1130 into the Norwegian web page.

Updated against r1130. One fixme in da house.

Obfuscate the listinfo page for the viewcvs-dev@ list (since a
crawler following that link will find the actual list addy there easy
enough). Also, point out both parties interested in book errate
(us, and ORA).

Teach this script how to find fop using ${HOME}/.foprc (if present).

Norwegian svnbook: Remove merge command in "make sync" for the
src/nb/tools directory, it contains only a syntax file for Vim.

* src/nb/Makefile
(sync): Delete "svn merge" command which was added in r1117.

Fix wrong path to $(TOOLS_DIR)/xsl which was added in en/Makefile r1121.

* src/en/Makefile
xsl symlink check changed from "$(TOOLS_DIR)/xml" to
"$(TOOLS_DIR)/xsl".

Update of r1123 in the Norwegian page.

* www/index.en.html
Update version table headings to indicate finality of 1.0 version
and in-progress-ness of the 1.1 version. Also, fix source URLs
(thanks, gradha, for noticing).

Rename tag to associate with English version only.
