Version Control With Subversion Source

Automate the process of finding an appropriate DocBook XSL installation
for OSes which have such a thing as a standard package.

* tools/find-xsl.py: New script, checks standard locations and makes a symlink.
* en/Makefile: Call the script if XSL dir is not present.

Book Spanish. Translated two paragraphs.

Book Spanish. Added character encoding to file.

Book Spanish. Updated instructions to reflect recent directory
path change on the repository.

Incorporate the changes from r1116 into the Norwegian book, the
en/tools/ directory is moved one level up. Also removed something in the
copytobuild rule which was forgotten in r1114.
