Norwegian svnbook: Updated changes between r1067:1113 from the English
book to the Norwegian version to get things working after the changes in
en/Makefile r1113.

"make all-html" generated an error because the misc-docs/ directory is
missing. As it won't be included here, remove the parts dealing with
misc-docs from en/Makefile . Approved by cmpilato and sussman.

Variables deleted: MDOCS_DIR, MDOCS_HTML_TARGET, MDOCS_PDF_TARGET,
MDOCS_PS_TARGET, MDOCS_FO_TARGET, MDOCS_XML_SOURCE,

(install): Removed install-misc-docs target.
(all-html): Removed misc-docs-html target.
(all-pdf): Removed misc-docs-pdf target.
(all-ps): Removed misc-docs-ps target.
(clean): Removed misc-docs-clean target.
(all-misc-docs, install-misc-docs, misc-docs-html,

* www/index.es.html: Updated Spanish translation.

Create 'book-1.0-final' tag. This is a snapshot of the last version
of the book's trunk before we started documenting 1.1 features.

Delete these branches; we don't maintain old versions of the book.

Synchronise the Norwegian page with the English version.
