Norwegian svnbook: Forgot a "make editmode" before the changes are
merged in "make sync".

Norwegian svnbook: Created "make sync" which automates the process of
merging new changes from the English text to the Norwegian svnbook.

(sync): New rule for merging new changes from the English text.

Norwegian svnbook: Created "make bookdiff" for diffing the English text
against the Norwegian version to spot inconsistencies. Uses the
vimdiff(1) program as default. To make this work, the revision number of
the last synchronisation point is stored in the LAST_UPDATED file.
