OS: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Apache Version: 2.4.35
PHP Version: 7.0.32
MySQL Version: 5.6.41

When I was install svn-access-manager, in the "Installation instructions" page, It always shows "Please make sure that in your php.ini file the varibale mysql.allow_persistent is set to on! Otherwise you may have problems with login after the installation. Please set the variable mysql.allow_persistent to on before you proceed with the installation. Don't forget to restart your webserver after changing the value of mysql.allow_persistent! ".

And in the "database" page, I filled all the blanks and exc "test database connection". It always shows "
Missing extension for mysql". In the "database" page, I selected "mysqli".
And for above messeges, just ignore them or what?

If I ignore them and filled all blank, and exc "start installation".It will show "A database error occured: "(pic in the attachements).

I don't know what to do with them.and I've been working with svn-access-manager for years since 2012. and that time,I always install it on centos. everything goes well. I just changed OS,and intended to upgrade svn-access-manager version form 0.5.6.6 to latest version.

I tried many times, all failed. NO ideas on it, it drive me crazy. Any helps will be appreciate.
