I was looking for a web based subversion admin tool and I came across svn access manager. I have been trying out different tools that I downloaded from sourceforge and this one is by far the easiest to setup; the steps are well documented: http://svn-access-mana.sourceforge.net/; the interface is cool and easy to navigate. I have not drill into the features, but initial evaluation looks very promising.
