#60 show extents of region when shift-dragging in spectrogram

You can shift-click-drag on the spectrogram to zoom in to a specific region. This would be more useful if it also showed in the status bar exactly what the extents of the region being dragged were.

The actual use case for this also involves not actually doing the zoom...
