Interlayer plugins

Attached is an example use of a plugin system which would act on generic layers. The current vamp system takes
an audio layer as input and generates a non-audio output
frame.
In the example image, there are sets of vertical time-instant lines generated by a vamp plugin. Also there are purple time-instant lines generate by
a human.
A hypothetical plugin would take the onset layer
and the tapping layer as inputs, and it would output
a third layer (or as in this example case maybe
replace the tapping layer) which gives the results
of moving the tapping times to the nearest onset time.
