Currently the Notes layer does not play back the
data loaded from a MIDI file using the attack
velocities of the notes in the MIDI file.

It would be very useful if the notes layer data
were played using the note on velocities of the
notes in the MIDI file data.

This would help when listening to the audio and the
MIDI data at the same time, when the MIDI data
also encodes the volume of the music found in the
audio. Then the balance of the sound from the
Notes layer and the Waveform layer would always
match, and the volume of the notes layer would not have
to be automatically adjusted in real-time.

Attached is an image which shows a region of quiet notes
and a region of loud notes with the notes layer overlay.
The MIDI file which the notes layer is based on plays
the note volumes at approximately the same loudness
as the linked audio.
