#22 Lower default volume on note layer playback

(Using Windows Build of SV)

When playing the Notes layer using a loaded MIDI file
(which contains chords) the volume is clipped, and
I always have to lower the volume to about 25% to
prevent clipping.

Can the default position of the notes layer volume
dial be change from 50% to around 25%? Or alternatively,
can the volume setting at 25% be scaled so it occurs
at 50% on the dial?

Then I won't have to sue you for damaging my hearing :-)
