Additional channel display types

On the Waveform layer control panel, you can select
three display types under the option "Channels":
(1) Separate -- If stereo, then displays right and
left channels in one pane.
(2) Mean -- displays the average of the two channels
(3) Butterfly -- displays the absolute value of each
channel.
It would be nice if the following two options were
added:
(4) Left only -- display only the left channel.
(5) Right only -- display only the right channel.
How that would interact with the audio playback is
uncertain. When "Left only" is displayed, either
the audio playback could remain stereo, or only
the left channel would be played back as if it were
a mono file. My current use of SV does not have
a preference either way.

NB you can already add a waveform pane containing only one
or the other channel using the Pane menu, although that's a
bit more laborious.
Audio playback plays the underlying model, not the layer, so
it would probably be expected to remain in stereo. If you
do as mentioned above, remove the stereo waveform display
and add a mono one instead, you'll find it still plays stereo.
