#203 Ability to change measure/beat separator char for automatic labelling

Hi everyone.

I'd like to request the addition of the ability to change the character used for separating measure/bar labels generated by the automatic label counter. This could be implemented as a submenu inside the Edit menu, next to the other counting options. The available characters could be . / , : and -.

I am requesting this because, when exporting to CSV files, the dot can be interpreted as decimal separators by other applications, and this is not always desirable.

(This feature request is somewhat related to another I just posted here about the ability to change the decimal separator when exporting CSV files.)
