#198 Expose peak frequency spectrogram data

Hi folks,

The request is to make the Peak Frequency Spectrogram data of sound waves accessible by API or exportable to a file. This is very useful in identifying music notes/chords. I have been using the UI effectively but this feature will facilitate integration with creative application logic, automation to enrich experiences for end users.
