#180 Add option to select or unselect all in Layer Summary

Often I create mutiple time instant layers. Each plays audio by default. Adding the option to select or unselect all in each column of "Shown" and "Played" in the Layer Summary dialog box would save having to go to each tab to change their display and play settings.
