#110 Data Editor display for peak frequencies

In the Spectrum display layer, it might be useful for
a Data Editor to be hooked up to the peak
frequency measurements which are being displayed when
you press the "Show Peak Frequencies" button.

An additional feature would be to add an
extra column of analysis data which would also
display the musical pitch note name of the peak
frequency, and in the same data cell or an additional
one, the cents detuning from the equal tempered
note name. Also, there would be a column with the
loudness of the freuqency in dB.

Peak freuqencies catches a lot of noise. Is there
a way of thresholding the quality of the peak
which could be added to the spectrum controls so
that only peaks on perceptually relevant
harmonics would be displayed?
