#238 Version 3.0.3 compile and install problems

I have just compiled version 3.0.3 on a Fedora 26 system. The main program was fine once I had compiled version 0.6 of capnproto (Fedora installs a later version which was rejected by the make process) but the Vamp plugins wouldn't work, The solution was to copy two executables, piper-vamp-simple-server and vamp-plugin-load-checker to usr/local/bin. Once I had done that everything worked fine. Seems that this step is missing from the install process?
