#213 Time Instant display irregularity

In Windows version 2.4.1 (most recent version in download list as of 7 May 2015), there is a bug when displaying time-instant layers. When the first instant is visible in the pane, the display is correct. When the first time-instant is not visible in the pane, the display is incorrect: the display acts as if all time-instants are selected, with the pane coloured similar to the segmentation view for the layer even though the Instants view style is selected. When the recording is played, the region that is played is displayed properly with a white background (but only in the regions which were played). See the attached screen captures.

I can't reproduce this one at all, I'm afraid.
