Running Sutekh the first time

(This assumes Sutekh has been installed)

When running Sutekh for the first time, you will be prompted to initilaise the database. Sutekh can grab the needed information directly from sutekh data mirror (which is the preferred option), or read them from locally downloaded files.

After the database has been created, Sutekh will look to setup other useful features. These are:

• Downloading card images
• Downloading the card icons
• Downloading the rulebook
• Download decks of all the starter decks
• Download the TWDA data

By default, Sutekh uses it's own source of card images, which includes images for the various variant printings, but Sutekh can use card images from either the Anarch Revolt Deck Builder, or Fragment of the Elder Library Deck Builder. If you have already downloaded images from one of these, you can just reuse the zip file, or point Sutekh at the unzipped images. Sutekh be configured to download individual missing images.

Sutekh can download the icons from the VEKN site, and use them in the GUI.

For useful reference, Sutekh will also download the latest version of the rulebook, the imbued rules and all the rulings and these can easily be accessed

Sutekh can also download a set of all the static preconstructed decks and add them to the database.

We maintain a database of all the entries in the TWDA that can be imported into Sutekh and used for queries on card usage and inspriation for deck design.
