#3 Here is a SUT Schema File

Martin Szugat (hampti) developed the attached SUT
schema file. I have included it in CVS but I have yet
to develop a release that includes it (I am having
problems with tests failing because SUT automatically
picks up on the existence of this schema file and I
have not had time to solve them).

In the mean time it is useful for editing tools that
offer code completion and so forth.
