#2 Add a Transformation option to SUT.

It would be nice if SUT added the ability to invoke it
to perform an XSLT transformation. This would have the
advantage that we could pre-process the source XML file
in accordance with the Schema and thus instantiate any
default attributes that may be specified. This would
also have the beneficial side effect that the
transformation would not proceed unless the source XML
was valid.
