Great work helps a lot.
okay a few things, bearing in mind I am using your guide
to figure out some of SuSEfirewall2 I may well be talking
rubbish.
But a few pointers in the guide on some subjects I think
would be usefull. These come from using a wireless card
in the server to allow the connection of some laptops
running windows.
Can you do rules on mac addresses, e.g. on allow
connections to a card from certain other cards with a
specific mac address?
You have to allow some windows users through
sometimes, especially when they are your wife :-) Oh if I
could convert her to linux. Although freeswan is rather
neat would be usefull if there was something on just
allowing poptop (pptpd?) though on a device/address,
and how that is configured on the firewall as it is usefull
for wireless and simpler and cheaper than ipsec.
