[SurveyForge-devel] Homepage, project page and some languages issues

Hi,

some issues...

* I've updated the home page url of the project, now points to
http://www.surveyforge.org.
* It could be interesting and practical to have a link pointing to the
SF project page on the home page of the project.
* I've asked and is more suitable to say "the tools which are
available" rather than "the tools available". It's more formal and
it's correct.
