#8 Banjo-Tooie won't load

When loading either a U(!), E(!) or A(!) rom of
Banjo-Tooie, I get a screen showing moving water and
the music playing properly but nothing else. I can only
get as far as this screen on 1964 or PJ64, UltraHLE
just freezes the box.
