This is the first beta version of the toolkit. It seems most of the bugs that I know of are out. This version also include a joint surprise using Dirichlet process.
I have branched off some sub projects. Also, I think its pretty stable right now. Everything seems ok. Check it out.
I moved the files around and now the package is also available in bz2 and gzip flavors. Linux is your friend :)
Version 0.04a has been released. it seems to have many toys by now. Multivariate surprise has been added along with a joint surprise metric. We have also added a test-suite for developers.
surprise-mltk.0.03a has been released. Its the first version with several stable surprise variants. The project is starting to get going so now there is also documentation to come with it. Check it.
The first revision of the web site is completed. I will hack at it some more tomorrow. It can be found at:

I got the Source Forge Set up and I'm going to get the SVN working. I need to create a final alpha package and start a web page. The official web page will be on the Wiki at iLab http://ilab.usc.edu/wiki/index.php/Surprise_Matlab_Toolkit.
We'll see how it goes.
