Surfboard 0.10 beta released

The first version of the Surfboard HTTP 1.1 proxy is now available in the files area. This release contains two WindowMaker applets for monitoring and controlling the proxy, IP tunneling through the proxy for bandwidth throttling, and a suite of filters including one that replaces banner ads with current new headlines.

All code is being maintained in the CVS repository.
