#718 NoneType error If a commnd has no help

The summary says it all, I would have thought a simple check to see if there is help would work, I don't know how feasible it would be though.
It's possible isn't implemented for a reason or perhaps it was just never thought of, as any plugins made in the early days were in all probability all made 'properly' :p Remove this is you deem it un-needed/wrong, i just think it would be useful just in case.
