#706 Factoids: a line is useless, why?

Hello,

This is a piece of Factoids' source code: http://paste.pocoo.org/show/341199/
As you see, I marked a line. This line creates a variable called 'capability', but this variable is used nowhere.
Is it a forgotten part of a removed feature/bug, or does it mean some code is missing?
