#686 Little mistake in Herald doc

Here is the beginning of the @Herald get command :
[<channel>]</channel> [<user|nick>]</user|nick>\n
\n
Returns the current herald message for <user> (or the user\n
<nick|hostmask> is currently identified or recognized as).</nick|hostmask></user>

<nick|hostmask> does not match with the <user|nick> in the arguments list.</user|nick></nick|hostmask>
