In General tab of a ticket (or in the messages window) the apostrophes are showing up as Iâ��m (was I'm). Ugly but non critical.

Can you take a screenshot and also paste in the html source of the munged up page? It's displaying okay for me on FF 2/3 on the mac. Maybe its a charset issue?

I think it was a charset issue; I've not seen it since and it was a cut n' paste from an Outlook generated e-mail.
