#3 separate project names and workarea names from database

The superversion database top-level dir should contain
a file superversion.ini where following information is
stored:
{GUID} : project name
{GUID} : work area name #1
{GUID} : work area name #2
...

The advantages:
- The database can be moved around several computers
(office with LAN, roadwarrior on laptop) easily.
