SuperTuxKart High Definition Media Repository

This repository contains the source of the high definition tracks and texture.

In late 2017 / beginning of 2018 we switch the rendering pipeline to Physically Based Rendering. The existing assets where automatically converted to the new system however to fully take advantage of the new render engine all maps created from now one will use the PBR system. Since they aren't fully compatible with the old system we created this new media repository.

The goal is to progressively create a full library and repository of high quality PBR materials for people to create their own maps.

Folder structure

The folder structure is similar to the old media repository:

Media Repository HD (the root folder)

arenas (all arenas / soccer maps)

library (commons objects and shared assets)

textures (commons textures)

tracks (all tracks)

cutscenes (cuscenes and cinematics)
