We could of course decide to make the wheels separate objects from the karts.
I think this approach will work better with other opengl libraries, since the
current code is very plib specific. And unless karts really need a special
wheel, they could just use the standard wheel supplied with STK (and they would
have to specify the offset for each wheel in the .tkkf file, and the name of the
wheel model to use, which would give them the option of using a different wheel
