My most favorite racing game is still crazy taxi. stk has the potential to be even better than that, since it would feature additional multiplayer and has all those collectables. I've already discribed it in the wiki, but am not sure if I have discribed all points. The player starts with a certain amount of time. Lets say 30 sec.. In this time he has to pick up a pessanger by breaking in a visible range around. As soon, as the pessanger is picked up, the destination will be shown and a certain amount of time, He will have to drive to the destination and use any available shortcut. As the destination is reached, the pessanger leaves and pays an certain amount of money, depending on the solved distance. Then the circle begins again and a new pessanger has to be found. The environment should be as open as possible to make the gameplay more interesting, but even some existing tracks, exp. geeko peak (yeti peek? icetux peek? don't know if you arranged ^^) should fit the dependencies. A big city track would be even better, maybe one can be found on google. AI karts would be driving along the normal driveline, as this is a race against time and not against AI, but the AI would work as moving obstacles/hurdles. Maybe joerg can think of a good way to have as many AI-karts as possible around the player without highering the system dependencies. About the destructian-idea: I love destruction derby, but I guess that this is really to agressive for stk. Don't take it as a vote, just a comment.
