Just to illustrate what I get when I disable shadows: http://i.snag.gy/9BZw7.jpg

Great, thanks.

Another modification I had to make: remove const for the declaration of the const vec2 array at the beginning of ssao.frag -> https://github.com/Funto/stk/commit/68df81037f581730b95e2ef5b28ef6f15e3f2e66
Same problem we had with mipviz.frag.

BTW, when I tried to go further (on wk7_historic, still on Intel GPU) I got:
- without shadows: no colors, a white lighting
- with shadows enabled: _IRR_DEBUG_BREAK_IF on the width and the height being 0.0 with the following call stack:

>    supertuxkart_d.exe!irr::core::CMatrix4<float>::buildProjectionMatrixOrthoLH(float widthOfViewVolume, float heightOfViewVolume, float zNear, float zFar) Line 1607    C++
     supertuxkart_d.exe!IrrDriver::renderGLSL(float dt) Line 300    C++
     supertuxkart_d.exe!IrrDriver::update(float dt) Line 1691    C++

I pulled your Windows commit - thanks.

I remembered that the extension functions were private, not public;
good thing I remembered wrong.

It did break indent, and now Linux won't build since Time is defined in
the X11 headers, but I'll handle that.
