This collection of my best admin hacks makes the
following changes.

Fixes odd display of paging hyperlinks for list users,
adds list of users by last surf date.

Updates the look of admin panel a little

Fixes the frame test from list sites - it now works.

Minor changes to the menu and a new file for frame test.

To use simply unzip and upload all files to the admin
folder. they are all tested and work as fully as any other
part of the system.
