#3 wrong file size - error

I have problem downloading the right file with file
name :/supersims/Gaugedes1.0b1-src.zip. File is only
12,8 KB is size but it should be about 300-400 KB. And
it contains error,it's empty. It was uploaded yesterday.

Can you please help?
