[sunxacml-announce] release 1.2 now available

I'm pleased to announce that the 1.2 release of SunXACML is now ready for
download. The web pages have been updated to point to the latest programmer's
guide and javadocs too. This release doesn't map to a new release of the
XACML specification, but it does represent a number of new features, some of
which people have been requesting for a long time. Download the latest
package, take it for a spin, and let me know what you think!

With the 1.2 release finished, I'll now be turning my sights on a 2.0 release
to support the new XACML 2.0 specification (which should be ready soon). This
will involve a lot of work, and so I'm looking for people to join the effort.
A few brave souls have already been in touch, but if you're interested, send
me some email and we can chat.
