There is no accessor method for the TargetMatch elements in a group. There needs to be one so that the policy tree can be traversed correctly.

We'd really like to see an accessor for 'matches' and 'matchType' added to the TargetMatchGroup - it is currently the only reason we're maintaining a copy of sunxacml in our local version control.

So +1 for this one :).
