Unclear how to use with Windows Task Scheduler

This applicationn is exactly what I have been looking for. However, I cannot find any examples of how to use it with the windows task scheduler or how to include in batch files anywhere on the internet. Would it be possible to include a help file for setting this up to do something silly like send a directory listing to a file at sunset.
The text document states there is information on the Sourceforge home page but I cannot find it!
