No idea, I have the same version as you and I can open it fine.<br>

Try opening StarUML first and then opening the diagram with File/Open
instead of double clicking on the file.<br>
I have no clue why you get this error.<br>

If you can't open it I can upload the design to the wiki with
explanations as text.<br>
