my comment is about developing a feature that we won't use or test, but if
we use the "Plugin framework" from the beginning it sounds great!!!

What about splitting diagrams in several milestones? i don't know, may be
beginning with use cases.... then classes, then sequences.... so we will be
able to release functional versions faster... and ask for testers :P
