I do not have gettext installed, and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bindtextdomain() in C:\Program
Files\EasyPHP1-8\home\suniant\userlang.php on line 65

As you can see, by default Suniant errors out if gettext is not installed. How
can I get around this? I can't compile gettext on my server.
