The current CVS version is more database independent, and should be OK for most
of the databases.

MySQL 4x defininately won't work, the transaction, data integrety, and views
are the sticking points.

MySQL 5x  seem,s to be OK by looking at the docs, but have not been tested. 

DB2/Oracle/MaxDB should be OK, but have not test them either.
