We have been busy trying to put this in production for some customers, and may bugs have been cleared out on a daily basis, so the CVS tree is probably more updated than the releases.
I am not that familiar with weberp. Buy running their demo, I can see that two projects have something in common, but have different emphasis. Suniant's audience is probably a bit larger than weberp, taloring companies that may have multiple books and about 150 system users. Weberp's targets may be smaller , but it has been running longer, so some features are more mature, such as bank reconciliation. So pick one that suit your needs.
