Java is the language. The ultimate intent is to make a version that can run (or, at least, be compiled for) Win32/MacOSX/Linux. The current incremental plan is: -- SunDog Navigator (based on the old MAPS function in the original) as a Java app/applet -- a simple SunDog (constrained scope) for PalmOS, so as to focus on game design before eye candy -- moving the same constrained SunDog to Win32/MacOSX/Linux -- staged game enhancements Most of this is on the site (http://sundog.sourceforge.net), but you're comments are well taken; an explicit detailing in one spot would help. ..bruce..
