Sort of works, provided one has enabled the Add-On bar and configured Sun Cult to appear in a different UI element.
Popup menu text can be a bit weird too... (I used FF 4 Beta12)
Latest SVN revision 112 enables installing on FF4.
Users may want to consider also using Add-On Status-4-Evar, to restore the previous statusbar behaviour.
Otherwise it will be a while before proper version 4 support appears - any coding help gratefully appreciated.

While I cannot be of any help regarding coding, I would suggest adding the Sun Cult button to the Customize dialog, so that users can add the Sun Cult button anywhere in the UI:
