There are some important upgrade notes about the 2.5.1 release.
* You will find the upgrade steps located at:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=107819&package_id=116411&release_id=294297
* After you unzip the 2.5.1 release into your web root and run the SQL scripts,
you must also run the Upgrade utility from the Admin console. Login as admin
user, click "Admin" in the upper right of the screen to navigate to the
Admin console, click on Upgrade, click "Upgrade dropdowns".
* No SQL scripts are needed to upgrade from v2.5.1 or v2.5.1a to 2.5.1b
