Welcome to SueliX!

SueliX is a PACs DICOM server based on the Conuqest/dgate software. The "dgate" DICOM server was originally written by UC Davis Medical Center and greatly improved by Marcel van Herk and Lambert Zijp at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (http://www.xs4all.nl/~ingenium/dicom.html) with different compressions added by me. Libraries used are: JPEG-6b (modified by me to JPEG-6c), charls, openjpeg, MySQL, lua and all the great Apple libraries.

SueliX uses SQLite or MySQL. For normal servers you no longer need to load MySQL first. You can just use the internal SQLite server, this is now the default.

I have switched to Openjpeg because the lossy Jasper JPEG2000 images have a resolution problem.
