#51 [OOo] First inserted char is not spoken

When you open OpenOffice Writer or Calc and press a key "A" for example for the first time it is not spoken correctly.

in Writer the text should be "inserted A, Default"
but it is "in...Default", A is not spoken

Reproducibility:
Only for first key press after open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Openoffice writer
2. press A

Actual Result:
Audio Ouput "in..Default"

Expected Result:
Audio Output "inserted A, Default"

Additional Information:
- tested with OpenOffice 3.0 under ubuntu 9.04 and OpenOffice 3.1 under ubuntu 9.10
