#43 sudowin 0.4.2 authenticates but does not start application

Using Windows XP SP3 with the default configuration file provided, the sudowin service starts and accepts authentication attempts but does not execute the application. In the event log, a "success audit" entry is added. The %Program Files%\Sudowin\Server\service.log file is not created.
